Her experience working with young athletes makes her a great fit for helping kids develop skills that carry over across sports while keeping movement challenging and fun.
The Vault COACHES
At The Vault, we want kids and adults to move, learn, work hard, and have fun.

Our coaches come from different backgrounds, including gymnastics, sports, fitness, education, and movement. That mix allows us to offer a variety of programs while keeping the same goal: helping each person become stronger, more confident, and more comfortable trying new things.
Our Coaching Philosophy
We believe progress looks different for everyone. Our coaches focus on meeting athletes where they are, encouraging effort, celebrating improvement, and providing the right amount of challenge.

Most importantly, we want The Vault to be a place where people enjoy being active, aren't afraid to try, and leave excited to come back and do it again.
