Cancellation Policy

THE VAULT SCHOOL’S OUT DAY POLICY School’s Out Days are open to children ages 4+ who are currently enrolled in school. Children must be able to safely participate in a group setting and independently use the restroom. Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM unless otherwise noted. No early drop-off. Children must be picked up promptly, and a parent/guardian must remain reachable during the day. Bring: Packed lunch, labeled water bottle, and comfortable athletic clothing. Snacks are provided. Please leave valuables and unnecessary electronics at home. Activities: Children may participate in gymnastics, basketball, fitness, obstacle courses, games, athletic challenges, and structured/free play. Activities will be modified as needed for age, ability, and safety. No previous athletic experience is required. Food/Allergies: Parents must disclose food allergies or dietary restrictions. Because children bring food from home, The Vault cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Behavior: Children must follow staff directions, respect others and equipment, stay with their group, and follow safety rules. Unsafe, aggressive, destructive, or repeatedly disruptive behavior may result in early pickup or dismissal without refund. Health: Children should not attend with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious illness, or if too ill to participate. Parents may be required to pick up a child who becomes ill. Medication: The Vault does not administer or manage routine prescription or OTC medications. Do not send medication without prior discussion. If your child requires emergency medication, such as an EpiPen or rescue inhaler, contact The Vault before attendance. Individual Needs: Please notify The Vault in advance of medical, developmental, behavioral, sensory, or other needs that may affect participation. Emergencies: Staff may provide appropriate first aid and contact 911 when necessary. Parents/emergency contacts will be notified. Pickup: Children will only be released to an authorized individual. ID may be requested. Cancellation: Cancellations 48+ hours in advance may receive a Vault credit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Vault cancellations will receive a refund or credit. All required waivers and emergency information must be completed before participation.
