Gymnastics Adventure Party — Intended Ages 3–10 | $275 A fun, coach-led gymnastics adventure designed for younger kids! Party activities may include an obstacle course, tumbling, balance beam, vault/trampoline activities, parachute games, and plenty of time to move and play. Ninja Challenge Party — Intended Ages 5–12 | $275 Climb, race, balance, jump, and take on the challenge! Kids work their way through obstacle courses, timed challenges, balance challenges, relay races, and other fun physical challenges. Sports Bash — Intended Ages 6+ | $275 Perfect for kids who just want to PLAY. Choose up to three favorite activities, such as basketball, dodgeball, pickleball, kickball, wiffle ball, Capture the Flag, or relay games. Your party host keeps the games moving and gets everyone involved. Every Vault Birthday Party Includes: 90-minute private party Up to 12 children Vault party host/coach Approximately 60 minutes of organized activities + 30 minutes for food, cake & presents Birthday child Vault T-shirt Birthday card from The Vault Use of the party area Families may bring their own food, cake and non-alcoholic drinks Additional children: $20 each, up to the party maximum of 20

Birthday Party Policies We want birthday parties at The Vault to be fun, active, and easy for families! Please review the following before booking. Party Length: Parties are 90 minutes and include approximately 60 minutes of coach-led activities and 30 minutes for food, cake, presents, and celebrating in the party area. Party Size: Each party includes up to 12 children, including the birthday child. Additional children are $20 each, with a maximum of 20 children. Final attendance should be provided before the party so we can plan appropriate staffing. Supervision: A Vault party host/coach will lead the scheduled activities. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during food, cake, and party-room time. Food & Drinks: Families are welcome to bring their own food, cake, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please let us know about any known food allergies within your party group. What to Wear: Children should arrive in comfortable athletic clothing that allows them to move safely. No jewelry or clothing with zippers, buckles, or other items that could interfere with activities or equipment. Appropriate indoor footwear or bare feet will depend on the activity. Waivers: A completed Vault participation waiver is required for every child participating in gym activities. Children without a completed waiver will not be able to participate. Arrival & Departure: Please arrive no more than 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party. Parties must end at the scheduled time so we can prepare the facility for the next program or event. Decorations: Simple decorations are welcome in the party area. Please check with us before bringing anything that needs to be hung or attached to walls. Confetti, glitter, silly string, and similar items are not permitted. Deposit & Cancellation: A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied toward the total party cost. The remaining balance is due by the day of the party. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to move your deposit to another available date. Safety: Party activities are selected and modified by our coaches based on the ages and abilities of the children attending. For everyone's safety, children must follow coach instructions and Vault rules while using the gym and equipment. Most importantly, come ready to move, play, celebrate, and have fun!
